Rough Country JK grab handles: I bought the same set twice
I first installed these fixed steel handles on my 2007 two-door. When I wanted handles for my 2015 four-door, I bought the same part again.
My take
They’re solid, easy to reach, and stay out of the way.
Both the driver and passenger get a solid place to grab, and the handles look like they belong in the Jeep.
They fit both of my Jeeps
Rough Country lists part 6501 for 2007–2018 Wrangler JKs. I can confirm it fit my 2007 two-door JK and 2015 four-door JKU. I haven’t tried them on every JK trim or with every accessory, so check your Jeep before ordering.

Why I like these better than hanging straps
I’m tall, and hanging fabric straps can brush my head. These sit above me but are still easy to reach when I climb in.
Installation on the two Jeeps
The install on the two-door was very easy. The four-door took a little longer, but it was still straightforward and fit well when I was done. I didn’t time either install, and I don’t remember the full tool list.
